Right across Asia, tourism is back and booming - and Accor, the largest international hospitality group in the region, has opened or reopened five properties across Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines and India over the past few weeks.
“From setting a new tempo for modern travellers to Singapore with the opening of Pullman Singapore Hill Street, to strengthening our presence in the vibrant District 7 of Ho Chi Minh, the last two months have paid testament to Accor's unwavering focus on providing unparalleled and varied hospitality experience across Asia," says a very enthusiastic Garth Simmons, CEOr, Premium, Midscale and Economy Division for Accor in Asia.
"The reopening of Mövenpick Mactan Cebu (top image) demonstrates our commitment not only to growth, but to hospitality excellence.”
The new Pullman Singapore Hill Street (below) has 350 rooms and billed as "the most story-led property under the Pullman brand".
It has a strong commitment to sustainability; solar panels power corridor lights, with a programmed irrigation system ensures efficient water management by releasing precise amounts at determined times to sustain pockets of greenery.
