The Finer Drop Festival is a summer picnic-style event that brings together a range of premium beverage and gourmet food producers to the Winx Stand at Sydney's Royal Randwick racecourse.
The event will be held on the Royal Randwick lawns on November 17-18.
Guests will be offered a selection of wines, bubbles, cocktails, spirits and craft beers, along with live music.
Discover wines from the 2024 Halliday Winery of the Year, Bleasdale, along with many of the Hunter Valley's premium wineries, including Bimbadgen, Glandore, Lisa McGuigan, Peterson House, Savannah Estate, Petersons, Tulloch and Winmark.
There will be brews from Australia Indies Champion Beer of 2023 winners, Dollar Bill Brewing, GABS Hottest 100 winners, Mountain Culture, as well as One Drop Brewing Co, Coopers Brewery and international guests Seven Seals (Greece) and Garage Project (New Zealand).
A wide range of cocktails and spirits will be on offer from Archie Rose, Banks & Solander, Billsons, Bushmills Irish Whiskey, Ester Spirits, Fever Tree, Heathcote Gin, Karu, Kraken Spiced Rum, Makers Mark, Manly Spirits, Mexink, Morris Whisky, Pants Off, Sodasmith, The West Winds and Vivir Tequila.
There will be food, too, curated by the team from Three Blue Ducks while there will be artworks and an on-site gift gallery.
Entertainment will include the Hot Potato Band, and there will also be the chance to try croquet, bocce and cornhole (which sounds like something from Oxford St, but probably isn't).
