Melbourne suburban drinks venue Murrumbeena Wine Bar has a lunched a series of Sunday social sessions featuring pop-up shops, creative workshops and artisan tastings.
The winter events will feature local creators including The Spirited Lot Distillery, RIPE Cheese, The Handmakers Factory, and more.
The Sunday sessions are billed as "booze meets craft and social networking".
South-east Melbourne locals will get the chance to sample wines from Tasmanian pinot noir to Barossa shiraz while networking with new faces.
Artisans that are set to feature in the events include sustainable candle makers from The Handmakers Factory and terrarium experts from The Plant Whisperer studio.
“It’s a great way to introduce customers to local retailers, who are just as excited to share their bespoke products and expert craftsmanship with locals," says owner Ericka Argiris.
"The aim is to showcase great-quality products and introduce new customers to thoughtful and sophisticated brands who have fantastic things on offer in 2023.”
Guest artist Zoe, for instance, will lead a Canvas & Cocktail evening on Sunday, May 14.
Locals can enjoy a guided painting class, with paints and cocktails supplied.
No experience is needed for any of the workshops but thirsts are welcome.
