Gin is a key ingredient of cool new summer snacks on offer at the Rooftop at QT Melbourne.

In collaboration with Four Pillars Gin, QT presents Sips & Sorbet: A Hot Gin Summer, which runs until Sunday, February 26.

Inspired by Four Pillars’ Fresh Yuzu, Bloody Shiraz, and Rare Dry Gin, the the Sips & Sorbet cart will be offering scoops of bloody peach, spiced negroni, yuzu ginger, and fresh vanilla.

For those who prefer to sip rather than scoff, bespoke gin cocktails such as the Summer Lovin’ featuring Rare Dry Gin, watermelon and bitter strawberry soda, and Sunset Spritz mixed with Bloody Shiraz Gin, Aperol and salted grapefruit, will be on offer.

Throw in skyline views of the city, and a rotation of DJs and this sounds like a fun spot.

Sips & Sorbet: A Hot Gin Summer will run for six weeks only, every weekend from noon-4pm.
