Hunter Valley has a spring in its step
The Hunter Valley keeps visitors busy right through the year - and hits full speed in spring with a range of one-off and weekend activities to discover.

The Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort (top) is offering discounts of up to 30% in spring.
The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom villas for up to seven guests, as well as a golf course, country club, two restaurants and bars, three swimming pools and two tennis courts.
Just make sure you book a room near the reception area as there can be a lot of walking involved if you are accommodated in one of the more remote villas.
