In the pink. The Yarra Valley celebrates all things rosé

Spring has sprung and it is time to enjoy a glass or two of chilled rosé wine.

The Rosé Evolution Yarra Valley 2021 festival is the perfect event at which to samples a range of rosés and discover your favourites for summer.

The nine-day festival includes spring soirées and garden parties among the vines, an oyster pairing and high teas.

There are also a number of accommodation packages available.

The festival kicks off at the Healesville Hotel Wine Garden on November 20 with a launch party that gives wine lovers the opportunity to taste rosés from across the Valley and rub shoulders with some of the region’s best winemakers.

The festival includes 14 events over nine days and runs until November 28 across various venues in the Yarra Valley including Dominique Portet Wines, Soumah, Innocent Bystander and Yering Station.

Check out events like The Evolution of Rosé at Rob Dolan Wines, or spend a morning soaring above the vines in a hot air balloon.

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to soar through the sky with a rosé in your hand, then Global Ballooning Australia launches its exclusive floating wine tasting tour.
