Unique opportunity to taste some of Margaret River's finest wines

Xanadu  is using next month's WA Day long weekend to celebrate its new flagship wine releases.
Wine lovers are being offered the chance to meet winemaker Glenn Goodall and his team for a masterclass in the Barrel Hall and be among the first to taste the 2017 Xanadu Reserve Chardonnay ($110), the 2017 Stevens Road Chardonnay ($80), the 2016 Stevens Road Cabernet ($80) and Xanadu's celebrated Jimmy Watson Trophy winning 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon, along with the latest  2017 Cabernet release.

This will be the first opportunity to try the new flagship releases and possibly the only chance to taste the Jimmy Watson winner as it is a near sell-out.
Goodall and his team will also showcase some back vintages as part of Saturday's masterclass, including the 2011 Stevens Rd Cabernet, awarded 99 points and Halliday 'Wine of the Year'.
They'll share their stories about crafting these wines and how they bring the flavours of their Margaret River vineyards to the bottle.

Following the masterclass, there is the opportunity to enjoy a two-course lunch designed by head chef Melissa Kokoti.
The entrée will be paired with the 2017 Reserve Chardonnay and main course will be accompanied by the 2016 Stevens Road Cabernet. Xanadu's on-site restaurant was awarded a chef's hat by the Australian Good Food Guide.
